Ashley Patterson is an instructor for both Prelicensing and Postlicensing courses at Canopy Real Estate Institute. She is also the owner and broker-in-charge of KŌZĒ Realty and KŌZĒ Real Estate Co., where she specializes in short-term rental investments and consulting.

Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is an active member of both the local and national chapters of the Real Estate Educators Association.

Outside of the classroom, Ashley loves taking her two dogs for beach walks and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Her motto is, “Live life like a sunflower—find the sunshine and follow it each and every day.”
