Nate K. Johnson is the President of Real Estate Solutions Group at Redkey Realty Leaders, a leading residential real estate firm in St. Louis. With over two decades of experience, he specializes in agent development, coaching, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

A nationally recognized speaker and certified instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Nate teaches courses on Smart Growth, Fair Housing, Diversity, and Professional Development. He has held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including serving as President of the Missouri Association of REALTORS® and Chairman of NAR’s Sustainability Advisory Group.

Beyond real estate, Nate is deeply committed to community service. He serves as President of the Board for the Metropolitan St. Louis Equal Housing Opportunity Council and sits on various boards, including the Bi-State Development Agency and Trailnet. A dedicated advocate for fair housing and sustainable communities, Nate has been honored for his contributions and featured on national media platforms such as HGTV and Nickelodeon.
