Coming from an eclectic background in sales, marketing and education, Kristie Ferguson has been in the real estate industry since 2005, beginning her career with new construction and custom homebuilding. 

As a licensed North Carolina and South Carolina real estate broker, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a real world view of topics covered in class.  As a REALTOR® and educator, Kristie is known for breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable terms.  She is dedicated to equipping agents with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in a competitive market.  

A lifelong student, Kristie has earned several designations from the National Association of REALTORS® to include the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute® (GRI).  Most recently, she was selected as a NC Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Ambassador by the National Association of REALTORS®, and an alumni of the NC REALTORS®  William C. Bass Leadership Academy.   

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and professional development, Kristie founded Agent Academics as a platform to share her expertise and empower other real estate professionals.
