Le’Kisha Stevenson, GSI is the broker and owner of Metric Realty Company, providing property management services across North Carolina and in Lancaster and York counties in South Carolina. At Canopy Real Estate Institute, Le’Kisha teaches Prelicensing, Postlicensing, and  Continuing Education courses.

She holds several prestigious designations, including Gold Standard Instructor (GSI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and e-Pro. Le’Kisha is an active member of both local and national chapters of the Real Estate Educators Association and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Le’Kisha contributed her expertise by formerly serving on Canopy’s Education Advisory Group and currently dedicates time to volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House and Second Harvest Food Bank. Her accomplishments include being named Toastmasters “Rookie of the Year” and receiving the Five-Star Real Estate Agent award.
