Pamela Vesper, JD, CFE, CREI is a former attorney and auditor for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and currently teaches residential and property management Continuing Education courses for Canopy Real Estate Institute. She is a certified real estate investigator, fraud examiner and founder of the law firm, The Vesper Group, PLLC.

The Vesper Group audits licensee’s records to ensure they follow the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and defends agents against complaints filed against them. Her firm also assists with contract disputes, custom agreements and addenda, opinions about landlord tenant law and more.

She received her Bachelor’s from Vanderbilt University and law degree from Tulane Law School. She received the Investigator of the Year Award from the Association of Real Estate Law Officials (ARELLO).

When not in the court room or classroom, Pam enjoys DIY projects, traveling, exploring the outdoors and volunteering with North Carolina Radio Reading Service and Triangle Literacy Council.
