Tikola McCree

Tikola McCree is a dedicated mother and passionate real estate professional with North Group Real Estate, serving the Greater Charlotte Area of North Carolina. A proud soccer mom to her 16-year-old son, she embodies the values of community empowerment, lifelong learning, and service.

Tikola holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and a Graduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College, with certifications in administration, special education, and movement for students with disabilities. Before transitioning to real estate, she spent nearly two decades in education, nurturing hundreds of young students to become professional artists and high-achieving scholars. This experience shaped her belief in mentorship, equity, and the transformative power of education.

Her commitment to advocacy and diversity is reflected in her leadership roles. She currently serves as the 2024 Chair of the NC Realtors® Diversity Committee, the 2025 Vice Chair and 2026 Chair of the NAR Fair Housing Policy Committee, and is the 2022–2024 President of the Charlotte Crown REALTIST Association. Tikola is also a member of the Canopy MLS Board of Directors and a proud member of the 2024 class of the National Association of Realtors® Leadership Academy.

A sought-after voice on issues of fair housing and equity, Tikola educates agents nationwide on the power of inclusive practices, the importance of policy awareness, and the role real estate plays in building generational wealth.
