Cheryl Sain, CDEI is a Certified Distance Educator Instructor (CDEI). Cheryl has firsthand experience in land and lot listings, sales and purchases. She is a broker, investor, trainer and author, with 20+ years of experience in the industry, and has worked with national and regional residential builders, commercial and residential developers, investors, and landowners. Because of these encounters with landowners and other residential agents, she saw the need for and wrote a book titled “10 Things You Need To Know About Land”, which is the foundation of this course and for using the same title. Cheryl’s passion to influence others in a positive way and to help agents learn in a short period of time what has taken her many years to learn about land, is the motivation behind both the book and this course.
